We request Braille program booklets six weeks before the graduation ceremony. The booklet is finalized shortly before the ceremony. It will be mailed to you as soon as it is embossed, possibly after the ceremony.

Closed Captioning

Attendees may access the closed captioning using a Smartphone or other compatible device by clicking on a QR code in the back of the program booklet. If you need to borrow a Chromebook to access the closed captioning, request it at least two weeks before the graduation ceremony.

We will contact you to arrange to loan you a Chromebook for the graduation ceremony.

Hearing Assistance Device

Please request one at least two weeks in advance to ensure we can provide a hearing assistance device for the graduation ceremony. We will arrange a loaner device for you to use during the event and will contact you via email.
